How do I get a price estimate?
To get an estimate, please tell us some information about your project and give us rough dimensions of what you’re trying to accomplish. You can submit your information on our contact form or email us sales@moderncabinetsdirect.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
How long does it take to get my cabinets?
On average, it’s about 8-12 weeks from the ordering to delivery depending on your material choice. The design stage for a kitchen typically takes a few weeks, but it depends on how long it takes to make sure you’re satisfied with the layout, and then we need to confirm all the measurements after that. Once the design is finalized and all the measurements are confirmed, it takes 8-12 weeks for us to produce the cabinets depending on the material choice.
What kind of hardware do you use?
Our drawers use Blum Tandem under-mount slides, the industry standard for high-quality soft-close drawer slides. Our doors also use Blum soft-closing European style hinges. Blum hardware carries a lifetime warranty.
How is Local Delivery in Seattle and local regions?
If you need delivery, we partner with a local Fright delivery service. This is typically curbside or garage delivery. If you need delivery inside your residence, they do offer an upgrade option.
Do you have any fully assembled lines?
Yes, we do have fully assembled options. These are built for clients in our local delivery area or who are able to pick-up from our warehouse. It is possible to ship cabinets assembled. We just don’t recommend it due to the extremely high cost of shipping and high risk of cabinets being damaged.
Are you capable of matching wood grains?
Yes, we are able to fulfill your request for a sequential grain match. We offer These are built for clients in our local delivery area or who are able to pick-up from our warehouse. It is possible to ship cabinets assembled. We just don’t recommend it due to the extremely high cost of shipping and high risk of cabinets being damaged.
How is Shipping Handled?
Most orders are shipped via common carrier. We will generally determine shipping based on available freight rates to your zip code.
Do you provide samples?
We can produce a thin 12"x12" veneer sample. The thin veneer sample will be on a 1/4" board, this is intended to show you the veneer face. (cost is $30 and lead time of 2-3 weeks)
If you are happy with the sample and decide to move forward with us. We will refund the sample production costs and apply that to the total cost.
Do you ship out of state?
Yes, we do. We have shipped projects all over the country.
